Aluminum Die-Cast C-Type Hook (C-05) is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting, which is very sturdy and durable. This hook can hold up to 40kg and weighs only 0.45kg, suitable for pipe diameters of 30~51mm. It is equipped with a 17mm female interface and a 3/8"-16 bolt for easy installation of lighting equipment. The Y-shaped knob is convenient for fixing and adjusting the lighting angle, and the top of the fixing screw has a rotating pad to provide better protection for the pipe and prevent damage. This hook is especially suitable for use in studios, theaters, photography studios and other lighting applications.
Note: When using c-clamps care must be taken to not over-tighten the pipe bolt which affixes the clamp to the batten. If this bolt is over-tightened, it can easily dimple or “drill” into the batten, seriously compromising the strength of the batten. A finger tight plus half turn with the wrench is all that is required.
